Itinerary
Saturday
Arrive Canada (Calgary Airport), where you’ll be met by a Golf Travel Group representative who will help secure your rental car and answer any last minute questions. From the airport travel into Banff National Park and the town of Banff (1 hour 30 minutes) and your hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is free to relax and enjoy the beautiful town of Banff.

Wednesday
Depart Banff today for your journey to Jasper National Park and the wonderful Jasper Park Lodge. The travel journey is just over 3 hours but the drive will be some of the most awe-inspiring scenery you will ever see…you might just want the drive not to stop!
Along the way be sure to stop at Lake Louise or the Columbia Icefields.

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is an Alpine-like village of cedar chalets and authentic log cabins, with a world-class golf courses. Near Marmot Basin Ski Resort. Most of the accommodations at Jasper are in a cabin of some sort. They are divided up in rows throughout the property. Only a few rooms are located within the main building.
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is located in Jasper National Park, just 7 km (3 miles) from the town of Jasper. The main building was erected in the winter of 1922 — 1923. At 250 feet long and 200 feet wide, it was reputed to be the largest single-storey long structure in the world. On July 15, 1952, it was destroyed by fire. The existing lodge was finished in 1953 on the exact site of the old one. Canadian National Hotels sold Jasper Park Lodge to Fairmont Hotels in 1988 and it was that time that the Lodge opened year-round.
The Lodge has been and continues to be extensively renovated. The property has never been more equipped to make your stay a memorable one. Luxurious facilities and services offer an experience few can rival. The lodge offers five different room types: Fairmont, Fairmont Main Building, Fairmont Lake View, Deluxe & Junior Suite Lakeview. 5 STAR

Depart Jasper Park Lodge for your journey to Kananaskis Country today. The travel time is about 3 hours 30 minutes but just as your drive to Jasper, the return journey through the Icefields Parkway and Trans Canada 1 is just spectacular.
Be sure to take your time and visit the many wonders (Columbia Icefields, Peyto Lake, Lake Louse...to name just a few).

Necessary for Booking
When confirming a reservation the following information is needed:
- Full names of everyone in the party & a rooming list.
- Each golfer’s handicap and home golf club name (send no later than 90 days prior to travel).
- Flight information (arrival & departure / send no later than 90 days prior to travel).
Reservation Procedures
- Simply call, email, or fax us with your inquiry.
- $1000 per person deposit required.
- Hotels, golf courses, and ground transportation confirmed. All courses and hotels based on availability at time of booking.
- Full payment due 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival. Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to your departure you will receive all necessary travel documents.
Method of Payment
U.S. currency in the form of agency checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Cancellations
Cancellations after deposit/payment should be made in writing. Cancellation penalties:
- Time reservation is made – 60 days prior to departure: Full deposit forfeited.
- 59–30 days prior: 75% of total package price forfeited, plus any non-refundable fees.
- Thereafter: Full payment forfeited.
Exchange Rates
Tour prices are based on exchange rates effective at time quotation and are subject to change. It may be necessary to add a surcharge to the price of your vacation if fluctuations in the exchange rate deem it necessary. Once deposit payment has been received surcharges may not be levied.
Refunds
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR UNUSED PORTIONS OF ANY TOUR.
