On this truly unique cross-country experience from Vancouver, British Columbia to Calgary, Alberta not only will you have the opportunity to play golf in both Western Canadian provinces’ best courses, you will also connect your journey via Canada’s world famous Rocky Mountaineer Train tour.

Start your Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour personal luxury golf vacation with 3 nights at the Fairmont Banff Springs and 2 rounds of golf in the Banff and Canmore area. Enjoy a spectacular day of sightseeing between Banff and Jasper, as you make your way up to Jasper National Park for three nights at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and two more rounds of golf. Board the train in Jasper for a two-day journey through Alberta and British Columbia’s most picturesque landscapes.

The second half of your Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour luxury golf vacation starts with two nights at the Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver, allowing you the opportunity for exploring Vancouver, driving up the coast, or taking a ferry ride over to Vancouver Island and Victoria. After your stay in Vancouver, you will drive up the Sea to Sky Highway and enjoy 4 nights at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and play 4 rounds of golf while at Whistler’s championship golf courses.

The Rocky Mountaineer Rail Tour golf vacation is available from May to September 30 and starts on a Sunday or Thursday for westbound departures from Jasper.   • PAI (personal accident insurance) and gas on the rental car.

Necessary for Booking

When confirming a reservation the following information is needed:

  • Full names of everyone in the party & a rooming list.
  • Each golfer’s handicap and home golf club name (send no later than 90 days prior to travel).
  • Flight information (arrival & departure / send no later than 90 days prior to travel).

Reservation Procedures

  1. Simply call, email, or fax us with your inquiry.
  2. $2500 per person deposit required.
  3. Hotels, golf courses, and ground transportation confirmed. All courses and hotels based on availability at time of booking.
  4. Full payment due 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival. Approximately 2–4 weeks prior to your departure you will receive all necessary travel documents.

Method of Payment

U.S. currency in the form of agency checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.

Cancellations

Cancellations after deposit/payment should be made in writing. Cancellation penalties:

  • Time reservation is made — 60 days prior to departure: Full deposit forfeited.
  • 59–30 days prior: 75% of total package price forfeited, plus any non-refundable fees.
  • Thereafter: Full payment forfeited.

Exchange Rates

Tour prices are based on exchange rates effective at time quotation and are subject to change. It may be necessary to add a surcharge to the price of your vacation if fluctuations in the exchange rate deem it necessary. Once deposit payment has been received surcharges may not be levied.

Refunds

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR UNUSED PORTIONS OF ANY TOUR.
